HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
Step 1:
You initialize the contract in the background, record the customer data including the mobile phone number, and forward the customer to the signature process.
Step 2:
Your customer will be directed to a short video session with one of our registration partners. In this eIDAS-certified video session, your customer will be identified according to their government-issued ID (i.e. passport). In addition, your customer's mobile phone number will be verified to ensure the phone is in their possession.
Step 3:
After successful identification, we will automatically issue your customer a qualified primesign MOBILE one-time certificate based on the mobile phone specified. This certificate can only be used once to electronically sign the respective contract.
Step 4:
Contract signature! The contract can be legally signed immediately by a simple confirmation. Any additional steps are required.
