SENIOR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Key Account Manager (f/m/x) in Vienna to further expand our sales department. The sales area includes the support and further development of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Support of long-standing existing customers and acquisition of new customers
• Single point of contact for your customers
• Together with PreSales, you design solutions that provide added value for the customer
• Development, implementation and continuous improvement of your customers' account plans
• Close cooperation with our technology partners
• Taking over the entire sales process from initial contact to contract conclusion
  
  

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

•  At least 10 years of sales experience in the IT industry, with direct customer responsibility and management of key accounts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent relationship management
• Completed commercial or technical education (University of Applied Sciences / university degree or comparable qualification). 
• Experience in the security environment is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Commitment, initiative and independent action characterize you in particular

• The annual target salary is EUR 110,000 gross (full-time basis), consisting of a fixed and a variable salary component. Higher compensation is possible depending on relevant experience.
