FIELD ENGINEER (m/f/x)

TASKS

• Supporting customers and partners in the implementation and use of our solutions and products
• Serving as the first point of contact for customers and partners on technical matters 
• Classifying and prioritizing incoming inquiries
• Working closely with the System Support, Product Development, and Operations departments
• Managing customer projects independently
• Maintaining technical customer records
• Documentation and reporting on project status
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Completed technical education (higher technical college, university of applied sciences, technical university, or equivalent)
• Experience with server operating systems (Linux and Microsoft Windows), as well as knowledge of relational database systems and web technologies
• Quick learner
• Enjoyment of communication, teamwork, and collaborating with customers
• Coordination and organizational skills
• Analytical, structured thinking and the ability to work independently
• Written and spoken proficiency in German and English

Minimum monthly gross salary under the collective agreement: EUR 3,267 on a full-time basis (IT collective agreement: ST1 / entry level); higher pay depending on experience and qualifications.
